I'm trying to find a web designer in the New York metro area to whom I can refer customers. Does anyone know a small web design firm in the area, or have an idea of where to look for one?

I spent several hours today searching the web only to find a lot of really crappy design firms. I laughed at this one (http://www.7strategy.com/home_new.html) for a solid five minutes. "Clean your house, Mow your lawn"? WTF?
