Did you try the Wal-Mart that is across from Chik-Fil-A? Might be a couple of bucks cheaper than what gamestop is selling it for. Or better yet, check out Fry's. Might be even cheaper there.

*edit* Just checked outpost.com. THUG 2 is 36.99. Hopefully it's the same at the actual store.
