As some of you know, my swap is complete. I haven't been around because I've been having my way with my new found love. Nothing gets me off more than lateral g's baby... Here's the pics.

Is that the Carb legallity sticker? If it is, than that's what I am intending. If I get a carb legal sticker, do I need to smog it too, or is it basically the same?

 

It's not a Carb legality sticker. Carb legality stickers come with parts that have passed the Air Resource Board testing. A BAR sticker is obtained by seeing the state smog referree. They will do a visual inspection of the car to make sure all the parts are either OEM or have CARB stickers if aftermarket, working USDM smog equipment, proper ECU and wiring, and then smog test it. If you pass, you get a BAR sticker in your engine bay to prove to cops and smog check stations that your swap is in fact legal.

 

Oh, ok. The guy that did my swap knows the ref and he called him made sure everything was passable before he did it so I should be good.
