BonzoAPD inspired me from his thread (stock clutch vs. after market clutch)

my question to all of you is what do you think of a dual composite clutch reason i am asking necause i recently bought one for my project vehicle (metallic on one side and comp. on other) with a 9lb. flywheel

You mean, with dual discs?

KAUAI KANE Sep 28, 2004 08:09 AM

no dual composite meaning one side has different material than the other (single plate)

How much power you plan on putting down? I'd try to stick with something organic unless I absolutely need to go with something more coarse

wel i should be atleast be putting down somwhere around like 140-160 out of a 22R motor which is a single cam motor in a mini truck with said flywheel and alot of other mods of course

Doesn't sound to me like you need a whole lot of clutch for that.

my thoughts don't possess anything, nor are they a contraction.

Stick with something full-face, organic. No need to get too gonzo on your clutch.
