Here is the situation, currently I live in a duplex and my neighbors like to party into the wee hours of the night. This happens not just on weekends, if it did then no biggy, but 6 out 7 day's of the week. My neighbors are two guy's, one is 23 and the other is 18. The 18 year old just quite his job so he attracts the crowd. My problem is that all of the people that come over are under 21 and they drink till they pass out. Which makes me nervous that they might fvck with my car. I have talked with my neighbor and made him aware of my concerns and he said he would keep an eye on my car's for me.

So really my question is should I nark on these under age drinkers by calling the cops, so they learn there lesson? I have never been one to nark another out, but this situation feels different for me. I am not cool with them driving home shit-face drunk, nor drinking at all for that matter. Now I am not there parents, so they can drink if they want to but not when it may potentially affect me. What would you do?

Why do you put yourself in a situation where you could get busted for under age drinking?

how old are you? have never experienced underage drinking? What is the penalty for underage drinking over there?
Here first time i got shit faced was at 14, didn't need to drink that much, and the legal drinking age is 18. If i would've got caught nothing major would've happened, but i aint dumb enough to go driving! I guess if i was you, i would probably join them, but then that's not the answer your looking for. So if you think that they are a hazard for other (cause drinking driving) i would tell the guy... if they are not more responsible that you'll have no choice but to call the cops on them.

I too would join in the party but if its not your thing :dunno: but if your worried about your cars and worried about them driving while drunk than do what you think is best and it seems like calling the cops is best so do that.

You act like you'll get tossed in jail for a few years for underage drinking. I dunno what the laws are there, but up here in my province in canada you don't get in any trouble at all; they will just dump your alchohol.

 

Got to love canada! not only do they only dump the alcohol, but they even give oyu a ride home!
