Well I"m no fut xpert... but that big toe nail looks like it's below the foot... so the person either walks on their heals with their toes up in the air... or is bed ridden and doesn't walk at all. :dunno: just a theory

I am a foot specialist, podiatrist don't you know, and I have seen worse. I gave a big gnarly gryphotic(medical term for thick and nasty) toenail in a little jar to my neighbor who was squeamish. That is neglect, plain and simple, some old dude/dudette who can't take care of their own feet. I have seen people who had sores on the bottom of their feet where the nails curled under and poked them when they walked. More likely bedridden person

I don't know how you could sit there and deal with nasty feet like that all day. That's got to be one of the most disgusting professions out there, right up there with Gynecologists.
