Can you tell by the pic what is going on?

I only have 2 programs running, which is Dr.Divx (encoding a .vob) and Firefox. I left the house at 1pm, and came home to see a window saying my virtual memory is too low.

I would assume the encoding is what's sucking up your resources.

512MB. But I have encoded MANY times. I never got the Low Virtual Memory warning before. And looking at Dr. Divx right now, its CPU:00 and MemUsage:2,156k. Basically it looks like it is not doing anything.

And when I open the Dr.Divx program it looks like it either froze, or at a stand still. The current frame it is on has been the same for some while. And it has also been encoding since 10am, 8 hours ago.

Dayam. You should set the size of your PF manually. Make it a minimum of 2gig and a maximum of 2gig. Might help.

Can you explain what a PF is? And how to manually change it?

A page file is like RAM except it's on your hard disk. When you let windows manage it, things can hang when you do stuff like what you're doing
