moral of the story, dont put your hands on a girl in an aggressive manner or you might just get your ass beat
The general reply to her was:

And of course my reply:

"Tough guy" of the board, he's always a trip:

Maybe one of the other guys should have used what their "non pussy assed" parents taught them and shut the guy up before this all happened. But if you're not old enough to control yourself in a bar, you should probably just stay home.

I really look at fighting as a trashy way to deal with problems. If that means I'm a pussy--oh well. At least I haven't fallen into an immature pit of reacting before I give myself time to think. That's what 3 year olds do.
h: to immature people.

:dunno: People like to justify their violent and immature actions as "just" and "right" when they fail to have the capacity to react in a civilized manner.

Even if someone is talking shit, grabbing a beer bottle and holding it in such a way that a drunk person can recognize it as a weapon is assault. Her smacking him in the head with it is battery, and a good lawyer could even turn it into a conviction of "Assault with a Deadly Weapon", and all the lawyer would have to do is prove that she had the intent to harm him and that the weapon she had has the potential to kill.

There's self defense, and there's being a dumbass, smacking a drunk guy in the head then having your much larger friends wail him into submission. I wonder how much the legal system will have to teach this girl and her friends...

I'm not justifying that the drunk guy was innocent or completely free of wrongdoing, but there were a hundred better ways to deal with the situation than that, and then defending aggression is just plain retarded...

The guy said he was taught "respect" by being hit over the head with a beer bottle.

I don't know about you, but it seems like respect is really fear in this situation. Is it better to be respected, or feared? h:
