Default 1-800 flowers

has anyone ordered from them? How is their service? Are the flowers fresh? Also do they come set up or does the person who receives them have to set them up?

1-800-flowers is basically just a large national call center for your local florist.

My aunt from out of state uses them for my mom (her sister) for birthdays and mothers days and stuff. Flowers she picks are always nice.

They are good, the flowers look nice when they get to where they need to go. Only problem is that the flowers don't last too long though.

ive used them several times... fortunately all the arrangements have come out nice... but like the others said, since its basically a call center for your local florist, kinda like a flower broker :chuckles:, service basically depends on the florist specifically.

in socal, they own conroys so your orders will be delivered from your local conroys. the flowers are supposed to last a few days and if i remember right, new york is their headquarters. my sis is a field consultant for them
