Windows XP/Partioned Hard drive help
A friend of mine has a laptop that has a C drive that is 35 gigs, and a D drive that is 2 gigs. Don't ask me why. Anyway, he had to reinstall XP because his comp was having major issues. Well, when he reinstalled it, XP put all the system files on the D drive, aka the 2 gig drive. His problem now is that he's getting warnings of low disk space since all the important stuff is on the 2 gig drive, rather than the 35 gig drive.
Now for my question: How can I get XP to be ran off of the 35 gig drive, rather than the tiny 2 gig drive?

^^ :werd:
the SUGGESTED minimum harddrive space required is 1.5 gigs.
your friend should....backup important files onto another computer. delete D: and create a bigger partition, reinstall XP.

if he has nothing to do lose (data wise) then just reinstall it. During the XP installation process you can repartition drives do there is no problem with that.
