Default workout squad: Swole V2

I picked some up today.

I've been using creatine/protien for a while.

It was about that time in the cylce I needed to take some time off creatine. So I bought some of this, its not creatine, but is supposed to do similar things, but better.

I paid $26 locally, sticker price is $44. I got it for 40% off because of a grand opening sale. Its available online for $22-25 at dpsnutrition.com

I'll let you know what I think after I've been using it for a couple weeks.

I hear nothing but good stuff about it, what about you?

Available in:

* Tangy Orange
* Sweet Tart Punch
* Unflavored

I got tangy orange. its actually really good. I would drink it just as a drink. its that good. Tastes kind of like sunny d . although I don't like sunnyd, I like this.

I started taking it 24 hours ago, before I worked out.

I went to the gym today, did chest and tris'

my flat/incline/decline bench were all up both in weight(5+lb), and reps(2-3 more, even at higher weights than usual). as were all my tricep exersizes...

I was like whoa on my first 3 exersizes, numbers below.

flat bench w/dumb bells - today
80x10
85x10
90x8

usually/recently
75x10
80x8
85x6

incline w/dumbbells today
70x10
75x10
80x10

usually/recently
65x10
70x8
70x8

decline w/dumbbells today
65x10
70x10
70x10

usually/recently
60x10
65x8
65x6-8

thats just an example. the usualy numbers are trying hard and going to virtual fatique.

Oh, and the pump in my whole body was awsome. We'll see what long term future holds...
