today as I was paying for gas I noticed the person in front of me was buying quite a few lottery tickets and it got me thinking, do people really win said lotteries?? I mean theres supposed to be a winner at least every week and each week the payoff is well over a million $$'s so that would mean that each week theres a new millionare here in cali or in any other state for that matter, which leads to my real question you would think that for the (who knows how many) years the lottery has been in effect there would be quite a few lotto millionares, but why havent ive heard of one?? I mean I do hear about the high profile ones that win the record lottery cash but thats every once in awhile and lotto is played twice a week, so is the California Lotto a fake or have any of you heard or even know about a lottery cash prize winner??

Yea, we often have the tri-state lottery here and I NEVER knew some one that knew someone that knew someone that won the lottery...So yea, it's a conspiracy theory.

 

I agree!! you would think that with so many winners somebody would know someone, that has a cousin, who has a girlfriend who's kids father, has a brother that won it!!
