How's the progress going?
I just received my new shipment of protein the other day, and I'm downing 2 shakes per day...about 100g. I'm supposed to be taking in a gram per pound of body weight right? I'm pretty close, considering I take the protein shake with milk and I try to eat as much meat as possible. Last night I finally matched my body weight (165) on the decline bench. The declines used to be my weakest exercise, but I've been focusing more on that every week. I'm also putting up 60 lbs. per arm on the dumbbell chest press now, which is 10 lbs. more than last week. :wiggle: The other night I slept funny, so my lower back really hurts and I can't do pushups for shit. :( I needa concentrate on flies (sp) to get cleavage... :reechy: My boobs hurt :wtc: |

cable flies aren't exactly best for you...
the one i do is kinda hard to explain but you lay on your back with pretty light dumbbells. take it down like you would for benching them but do a fly motion instead of a push if that makes sense? then when you get to the top rotate your hands 90 degrees so the bells are now both going with your body and do the same thing. do 10 sets *a set being up and down both ways* and watch your tits grow like a middle school girl :) |
I haven't lifted for a month now. As soon as my wounds heal I'll be back and benching 300+ again :wiggle: oh yeah also squating 135 lol

all i do is bench press now. I can do 215 x 10 reps and 80lb dumbell press :)
i eat like a mad cow though :( |
