Tonight's quick English lesson...
the word(s) is(are) "maybe" and "may be."
i want to know if there is a difference and if im using the two correctly. 1. Do you want to go to the park tomorrow? I dont know, maybe if the weather is nice. 2. Resilience is the ablilty to survive in conditions that may be difficult for others. im sure #1 is correct, and about 90% sure that #2 is correct. would it be a mistake to use "maybe" in #2? :happysad: |
you may be correct, but maybe not.

Those are correct.
I wouldn't use maybe for #2. |
