it couldve been in the trailer as seen, then edited out of the final cut...they do that a lot...
but i really think that it will be in the KB v2...just like there's a part where Bud says "why do they call them the crazy 88?", and Bill responds "i dont know" (or something along those lines...) that will be in v.2 or it just couldve been cut...who knows?

Yes...that scene is in V2.
The old man is Gordon Liu. He also plays the guy in a black mask fighting Uma along with the crazy 88's.
Mr. Liu has been in MANY MANY Chinese/HK movies.
