sex question?

This might has been asked before but i dont feel like searching hopefully yall can help me out. Ive been told that a girl can get pregnant off "pre cum" is this true? is there really sperm in that??

There's actually more concentration of sperm in the pre-cum than in the primary cum.

so even if the guy pulls out there is still a huge possibility???
God why dont they teach this in sex ed??
