When you bought the EVO, did you consider the Sti?

Just curious, why'd you choose the EVO? Seems like a lot of people did, but in performance tests the Sti is faster and handles better. :dunno: More people seem to like the EVO though.

i think you have that backwards. i dunn0 tho... but in all the performance tests that i have read about and heard about, the EVO performed better than the STi. The only thing the STi had better was top speed.

Yeah I dunno which tests clickwir read, but the Evo always came out on top of the STi in handling. They even run about the same 1/4 mile times.

Besides that it out-handles the STi in most tests & reviews I've read, I like the Evo cause of the way it looks...

:) I did this in the Gin Gin's parking lot...

stock vs stock, the STi is about 3/10ths of a second faster in the 1/4, but also is slower in the slalom and in general cornering ability.

IMO the STi is waaay better looking, but hey whatever floats your boat.
