My teeth hurt...
This thing they put in my mouth is not friendly. It's making my upper palet wider, and my two front teeth are moving apart and it hurts. I didn't sleep last night too well. I could feel them moving.

I remember back when I had braces & other work done in junior high...it hurt like hell. Hopefully, your treatment program won't be as long as mine was.

I remember that 200mg of ibuprofen helped somewhat.
