so what has broken on your car this winter and its too cold to fix

my collector gasket blew so now my car sounds like a messed up lawn mower...but since it is 9 degrees out I am living with it.

my idle valve. I idle at around 2000 but :gives: I'll fix it next month. maybe its just the hoses.

I popped my hood once this winter, to pour some windshield fluid. My hand damn near froze to the fluid bottle, so i said to hell with this shit. no more:oh:

Nothing i can really fix myself; i am hardly able to fix anything when it comes to cars (hey im not afraid to admit it) but the head gasket shows signs that its starting to go, and some of my springs are starting to give way.

oh yeah that happened to me as well...now my fender is packed full of snow...arg

I had to unscrew my mudguard after two of the screws fell out, and had to unscrew my entire fender lining in my school parking lot after all but one screw fell out. This was all due to snow/ice getting in the wheel wells and getting in between the screw and plastic of the mud guard. The dealership got me in right after school and had them back on for free within 20 minutes
