Scooby's net 45hp from an ecu?

 On a WRX, the claim from Turbo XS is a 45hp gain from a utec (tunable ecu) and resonator removal. Guys on the scooby boards say it's realistically around 20-30hp. Damn, only $650 too.

I can see it :happysad:

My friend just got a Perrin exhaust for his WRX. That plus reflash =

I had 1300 exhaust on my scooby that put 50whp so I can see ecu do 45-50

The UTEC is $1049.00 not 650, and its true, and thats a whp gain too which is great.

That's what happens with pretty much any factory turbocharged car.

Some engines have very restrictive management from the start. This is true for the scooby u-tec upgrade, the VW 1.8T, and some other small-displacement factory turbos.

I just can't think of any more right off..
