Default help!!!

Last night on my way home my speedometer stop working! I looked for any wires unpluged or cut. couldn't find any. on my way home tonight it kicked back on then off again. has this happened to anyone or might know whats up?

Your speedometer cable, a flexible rod that connects from the gauge cluster, through the firewall, to a fitting on the trans, has snapped.
Replace it and you should be fine.

Yep...they wear out from time to time and being a 91 I am sure it has high miles so it is about time to do it

You may have a broken tooth on the gearing for the cable

Replace as needed (whole cable)
