no, its just not focusing at all.

you'll have to twist the eyepiece adjuster until its all the way down, just move from small mag to larger mag. Always start on low magnification to find your object then move up in mag.

maybe it's focusing fine, but your eyes are out of focus:oh:

use the adjustment knob behind your ear:p

hmm...thanks. i think i tried that, but maybe i'm going too fast. it says to pick something 1/4 of a mile away and focus with that.
