does anyone else have this thing on their computer it says its a internet explorer's new search bar

it installed on its own one day and i can't get rid of it. anyone with some advice ive tried add/remove program thing but didn't work

ive used adaware, spybot, add/remove programs, and even system restore to last week when i didn't have it
