So I was checking my bank account online (I have an account under my mom's name) and I enter the username/pw. Wrong - try again. So I do it again, and it's still wrong. WTF. I try one more time. WRONG. Gheysauce! It said to call the 1-800 number, so I did. Basically the guy said that the username/pw is now invalid and can never be used again.

DOH! Now I gotta explain this to Mommy tomorrow morning! hnoes:

It's probably just locked and she'll need to call and unlock it.

It's a security precaution to lockout a username after 3 bad tries. I helpes keep out brute force attacks that just try anything for the password over and over and over and over and over.......
