slower than that

14.4K was in like 1993-94?

My first modem was 9600baud and it was lightening quick

All my friends were on 2400baud

This was 1992ish..

In my old dorm room, there was a dumb terminal (looked just like the one in the War room in War Games) hooked up to a 300baud modem :rofl:
