I'm up to 220. 200-205 is probably a good walking-around weight for me, so I really need to get my rear in gear and start working out again.

I've been running ~8 miles a week for the last 3 weeks. I'm finally over the "running is shit" hump and can start to enjoy it a little bit while increasing mileage. I haven't really checked the scale but I've slimmed a little bit, nothing drastic. Looking to drop about 30 pounds and maintain.

Goat..... For The Muther Phucking win. I know what it's like to live at 215lbs. I peaked around 230lbs-ish during a not-so-good relationship. I've been living at 175lbs since April, and I can now say that I live a life filled with making healthier choices. That's it. It's not about what I don't do anymore, it's not about what such and such says I should do, but simply, I live a life making healthier choices. You still learning your formula, or you got this? :cool:

I hit 290+ in August 2012, but back down to mid 260's this August. The goal is below 250 by thanksgiving, and more by Christmas.

My heaviest was 280 a few years ago, I'd gotten down to 195 and looked too skinny..with weightlifting I stabilized around 210 for a while. then I let myself go again. :oh: |
