I just couldn't believe he said that!

I mean...Zelda, Mario Sunshine, Eternal Darkness, Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, Smash Bros, Metroid Prime....that's already twice the number of good games that PS2 has.

True that.

The reason why I said I regret getting the GC is that I don't see too many great games for it. There are a few, but not too many.

Majority of the games for the GC are first party titles. They don't have the third party support like Xbox and PS2. I honestly don't see any titles worth getting for the GC right now that I don't already own on the PS2/Xbox.

I am not saying I don't like my GC nor that it's a bad system. I just think it would have been wiser for me to wait on it until maybe Christmas of this year....LOL

yeah...but the games that are on all three systems are better on GC than on PS2 (99% of them anyway) and they're equal to the Xbox versions...except with a way better controller. Plus Nintendo first party games > *

most 3rd party developers do not want to business with Nintendo anymore. the 1st party titles are killing the 3rd party titles on the system. why buy Sonic when Mario is available? in a way, sucessful Nintendo brand games are the reason the system is failing.

now that they've dropped the system price to $99, sales have quadrupled....and they expect it to continue that way through the holiday season.

You're kidding, right?

PS2: Final Fantasy X, Metal Gear Solid, GT3, GTA3, GTA: VC, Kingdom Hearts, Tekken Tag, Tekken 4, and Xenosaga....a few I own

Let's see Xbox: Knights of the Old Republic, Halo, Sega GT, Crimson Skies, Freedom Fighters...to name a few

in the near future ... i see the Xbox and PS2 running neck and neck with titles like Gran Turismo 4, Halo 2, Final Fantasy X-2 and others.

nintendo already blew their load with Mario Sunshine, Zelda, and Metroid. the only thing they have left is maybe Pikmin 2 and definately Double Dash.
