152LBS soak and wet, i only intake @2200 calories a day. trying to cut first and then bulk up. quad pics later

2600 calories. I say I eat 2,200 but I don't really keep count. I should do if I want to cut right. I'm intaking at least 1g protein/lb of body weight and .5 gram of fat/body weight. Just started for about a week. Hopefully I get more strict on my diet.

I'm 5'7.5" on a good day lol

Holy shit! Nice work phat. First pic reminds me of an old school arnold pic I just got back from a week of vacation and nearly a full week off the gym before that. I've been sitting at around 158, which is about 15lbs shy of full batman mode.
