its been a long time since i saw h20, but they way it went was, some officer went inside the house, michael took his mask and suit off and put it on the cop, and then michael put on the police officer suit and walked off..
the cop got picked up (everyone thinking it was michael) and in the van the cop woke up but they thought it was michael.. the cop just wanted to get up.. they freaked out.
