what's up with this Nemesis trend?

I saw about 4 cars in my gym parking lot with these Nemesis decals all over them. Some were on the wind shields, some on the doors. Is this just a car club thing, or is this like a higher class APC banner or Nuespeed windshield banner?:confused:

we've got a new "Psycho Pathic" (icp label) trend... and i hear anybody sportin the decals (4 or so on my property) are gangrelated... :(
