Default What's on your DVR?

Currently (shown as in Series Priority):

- The Walking Dead (done 'till February)
- Chicago Fire (guilty pleasure)
- Shark Tank (go Lori!)
- Criminal Minds (wifeys)
- Rizzoli & Isles (wifeys)
- Partners (wifeys)
- Dexter (done for the season)
- 2 Broke Girls (wifeys)
- Mike & Molly (wifeys)
- Pawn Stars (watched since S1E1)
- American Chopper (guess I can take that off now)
- Life After People (catching up)
- What Went Down (caught an episode.. waiting for others to record)
- American Wiseass (caught this on late night, haven't seen S1E2 coming up though?)
- Undercover Boss (waiting for the Moes episode)
- Panic 911 (kinda lame)
- Mankind: The Story Of All Of Us (catching up on it)
- Bamazon (Never cared for this type of stuff, but I'm liking this series)

All shows recorded in HD where possible o: Needs adding: "American Pickers", "Top Shot" "Storage Wars", "Shipping Wars", "American Restoration", and "Counting Cars". Wouldn't mind watching "The Wire" and "Sons of Anarchy". "Boardwalk Empires" seems cool.

Honorable Mentions:

- Bar Rescue
- Tattoo Nightmares
- Ink Master
- Doomsday Preppers
- Repo Games

Guilty Pleasures (turn in your "Man Card" please):

- Property Brothers
- Buying & Selling
- Love It or List It
- Income Property

Need to catch up on HBO's "The Pacific"... missed that before it expired... and patiently awaiting season 3 of "Game of Thrones"! Also I am working on clearing out "The Men Who Made America".

We definitely like our television o:

I'm not sure what's on there now, but I have shows set for auto-record (if new)

- WWE Raw*
- WWE Smackdown*
- TNA Impact Wrestling*
- South Park
- Family Guy
- American Dad
- The Simpsons*
- Pawn Stars*
- American Pickers*
- Storage Wars

* indicates items I record, but never have the time to fully view. I haven't seen TNA Impact or WWE Smackdown in a year. : \

Ah yes, American Pickers. I like that as well. History seems to have found a good formula for their reality series. There are a couple duds here and there though. Not sure if I like Invention USA yet. Discovery's American Guns and Sons of Guns is okay, and Auction Kings is interesting.

I am not a fan of any of the "cajun" versions of these shows.

tons of stuff, but the box broke and now it's all going to be gone.

we have the new directv box that records up to five shows at once. it's awesome. holds like 10x the amount of the old time warner one.

I thought about switching too, since Comcast limits theirs to 2 shows. 2 shows recording = watch On Demand or something else, since both cable inputs are tied up.

Thinking about switching to Boxee though.

No dvr because I don't have cable, but I acquire these shows for viewing:

Happy Endings (anyone not watching this show needs to start immediately. And go back and catch up)
The Walking Dead
The Talking Dead
New Girl
Last Man Standing
Revolution
Duck Dynasty
2 Broke Girls (haven't seen the last few though)
Modern Family
How I Met Your Mother
Bones

That's just what I could think of. Doesn't include the hundred other shows I have acquired over the years. Also doesn't include stuff I get, but don't really watch yet.

What's so special about the talking dead, don't they just talk about the walking dead?

Yeah, but I like the debriefing. Some episodes are intense and my wife doesn't watch it so I don't have anyone to talk to about. Plus they do some behind the scenes stuff, some little trivia bits, and some times have show creators on. Some times their lame, but other times there's good discussion.
