Default TPS Sensor problem!

A problem that i have been recently having is my car throwing a code 7 (tps sensor). After checking the both the reference voltage and the signal voltage at BOTh the ecu and the sensor itself, i found everything to be in spec. After i reset the ECU, i go to drive the car and it does not throw a code until about 2minutes of driving. what could this possibly be?? any ideas?

Yes i am , although i dont understand how that could possibly make any difference? At any rate i did trace it back to a poor connection which i fixed and later had no problems on the test drive.

The oil from the aftermarket filter can cause tps and map sensor codes to set.
