Default Very confused! PR3? PR4?

I just bought some cams from a guy. He said that they are from a 94 integra. I can tell that they are from a ls or non-vtec head, but the stock cam gears have stamped on them PR3. I thought that ls's were PR4? And Ive been searching and found that PR3 means b16/b17. Aren't the cam gear sizes a little different between vtec and non-vtec? Will these gears work and not mess up the timing?

Im going to be building an engine up soon and I need to know. Thanks for all your info and helping me out.

Yeah, that's a little weird, you would expect them to be PR4. Weather they are the same/different, I can't say.

Ok, since I can at times be slow...it clicked inside. I remembered I had cut the side of my valve cover off. So I looked at my gears the other day and they said PR3. So I guess it will be ok.

Thanks for putting your brains to work before mine did.
