Default My Prospective turbo B18 setup ?s

Alright guys, Here's the scoop
I have been watching these forums for some time but this is my first post. I've been workin my ass off all summer trying to save up for my project for this winter. I plan on getting a 96-98 Civic Hatch and dropping in a B18A from a 2nd gen Integra GS (in which I already have). I've done alot of research and my tentative list of mods include T3/4 turbo intercooled, Pistons, Valve Springs, 4340 Crank, Rods, Cams, Cam Gears, Intake Mani, 255lph fuel pump, Injectors, Throttle Body, Hondata S200 w/all options, exhaust w/ High Flow Cat, and balance/blueprint. I may have left something out but i'll keep going.
Honestly, although I wouldn't mind more, my only goal for this project performance wise is to beath the shit out of my friends EVO in the 1320 and on the highway, (he talks way too much shit and needs to be put in his place)
My question's are, am I leaving anything out? Will I need anthing else to keep this running safely while not sacrificing performance (ie. sleeves, retainers, etc)? Is there somthing I dont need? What specific components should I look at?
My father has been involved in stock car racing for 25 years and have already consulted him but i think he is holding out on my because his responses are biased towards not blowing up my engine and not having me kill myself.
I believe my budget for this project will be around $15grand (more if I can get it), but I also have suspension, exterior, interior, etc. to worry about so base your responses around that. Keep in mind that all work will be done by myself outside of things I need engine builder equipment in which I know someone, so that stuff will be innexpensive.
Help would be much appreciated, Thanks

PS, I already know i need a tranny, clutch & flywheel. Also, I forgot to include that I doubt this will be a daily driver, more than likely just a weekend thing, unless my 92 integra GS shits the bed (215k, still runnin strong). Any tranny, clutch & flywheel ideas can be thrown in as well.
