normally - a complete engine is just what it says, complete with all accessories - starter, distributor, alternator, etc. - a long block is the complete block assembly with head and no accessories - usually no intake manifold - a short block is just the block assembly, nothing else

First off, what do you mean by "all the other parts"?
Is it a complete longblock (with distributor, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, etc), or just a bare one (only the block and head)?
At bare minimum, you need a B18C intake manifold. The B18B distributor can be modified to work. Use the original mounts.
