Default Custom turbo set-up..comments?

My friend Matt and I are looking to put together some turbo kits for our cars. He'd be doing the same thing except with some better parts and a T3/T4 turbo. He's probably shooting for closer to 300whp while I'm shooting for atleast 200whp on 7-8psi, intercooled and tuned.
My list of parts listed below...

-T3 turbo w/ internal wastegate
-turbo manifold/ 2.5" downpipe
-Maxrev piping kit
-hoses, clamps, etc.
-oil lines
-BOV
-Vortech FMU
-fuel pump
-FMIC
-gauges
-turbo timer (might not get one, it's not necessary..)

I might have forgotten something but pretty sure that's it. All this, with buying some stuff used, should cost me about 1500, giver or take a couple hundred.

Injectors, boost controller.

Make sure that fuel pump is an inline pump.

I was told by alot of guys running boost on honda-tech that you don't need injectors. All I need with a basic turbo set-up is a Vortech FMU and fuel pump. Alot of guys with 450cc DSM injectors run way too rich on a set-up similar to mine.
I don't need a boost controller; the boost is controlled by the wastegate.

What brand/model fuel pump do you recommend?

I believe only internal wastegates will pass emissions, maybe it's just in Maryland. Also, buying a T3 with an internal wastegate option is much cheaper than buying an external seperately. For instance, an internal wastegate as an option is about 60 dollars more but buying an external (Tial for example) wastegate would run clear over 200.

You don't need to run 450's, but some 310's wouldn't be a bad idea. I'd rather run rich than lean.

Yeah I'll probably leave the stock injectors in and see how those do, and switch out for some bigger ones if I need to. dubster, what brand or model inline fuel pump do you recommend?

By the way, it seems like my pricing for the piping will be cut from 400 to 150, because Matt is friends with a guy with a shop, and he's going to custom make my intercooler piping AND exhaust piping for only 150 bucks! Shweeeet. I just need to buy the muffler and pay him for the piping too, but things are looking up
