Default Installing springs/retainers and cams

I think that I may be getting skunk2 valve springs/retainers and skunk2 stage 2 cams soon. Before i do this, I need to know some stuff though:

1)Do I need to replace valve seals or anything like that?

2)Do I need to adjust my valves after installing new valvertrain?
If so, how do I, and is it hard?

3)Is installing cams as easy as installing them, or do I need to make adjustments so that its all right? If so, how do I do that?

4) What is balancing and how do i do it or get it done, and how much$?

5) Is there anything else i should know about installing/adjusting/replacing or info in general before I buy these?

Replacing the seals is up to you, but you don't have to do it.

Before you remove the cams you have to back out the adj. screw on the rockers. So you will have to set the valve lash.

Cams do not involve balancing.

It sounds like you might need domeone to help you install the cams. Look into that.

I know some people do spring changes with the cylinder head on, but the Helms manual says to remove it. You should look into that.
