Default need help removing o2 sensor

I can't get my o2 sensor off to replaces it. does anyone have any helpfull tips

if its the o2 sensor that has a plastic clip, you gotta somehow use a screw driver to push down the metal piece inside it, pry it around and pull it apart.. its a biatch man, took me a good hour of trying to get it apart without breaking it.

i got it off thanks for the help. I used a little liquid muscle, beer, and managed to loosened it.
