Default Door panel removal

Stupid question #75
How the heck do you get the door panels off the gen3 Teg?
I'm trying to wrap the smaller panel (around the lock/handle assem.) in a different coloured leather.
thanks...

there are 3 screws on the front door of my sedan.

one is behind a flap where the door handle is, another is in the little cup thing you hold onto to close your door, and one is on the far left, cant be seen withuot opening the doors.

then you pry it out from the bottom, and lift up.

The clips they use when putting these on can be very stubborn when trying to get off. They have a tool that you can use but a screwdriver and being carefull will work. You might have to replace a couple of them by the time your done but they don't cost much. If I'm not mistaken I think the manual suggest you replace them after each disassembly but I could be wrong.

Make that after you take off the bolts and you pry it free of the clips that you don't just rip your panel off, or drop it, there are wire harnesses that are don't have any slack. That is if you have pwr locks and windows.

The clips are about 2 $ each at the dealer. It cost me 20 to get all of them replaced for 1 door. The door handle cup must be pulled striaght back before you pull towads you.

Thank you all.
I saw the screws o.k. but I didn't like how hard I had to pry the clips to get the panel off. Had to remove the side mirror covers a bit to get panel hung and clipped. The clips all went back in and seem snug.
Sure hope you're wrong about the rattle...
