Default Dream car?

I have wanted a mid 90's nsx ever since I got my first integra. Now, I am thinking of selling my ITR and two hatches and finally getting one. I want a 94 or so but I don't know if there is any advantage of getting it over like a 92. Just wondered if anyone had any tips as to what may or may not be better as fars as insurance and stuff goes. Also, where did you get your NSX?

Insurance quote for me on a 1997 NSX with the 6-speed and 3.2L was $1500/6months.

30 years old clean record. Homeowner in a very safe/nice neighborhood.

100/300/100 full coverage.

I don't remember which year but they changed the suspension geometry or the setting so it doesn't eat tires in 5k miles and they bumped the displacement to 3.2L.

94s still go for about high 30's to mid 40's the 97s were mid 50's. good luck.

Get familiar with the NSX FAQ (answers to Frequently Asked Questions), which is located here.

You can check lots of things there. Differences between the '94 and '92? Go to General Info - Changes by Year. Prices? Go to Buy Sell - Pricing. Etc.

I'm paying only about a third what DakarM is paying for insurance. But insurance rates vary by state, city, driving record, age, company, etc. Call your insurance company and they can tell you how much it will cost you to insure an NSX, even before you actually buy one. Or try a web-based service like http://www.insweb.com

Like other people have stated go on nsxprime and use there search engine.you can find questions for just about everything you can ask. I f I were you get a 91 or 92 they list in the 32k price range. you can get them cheaper but there are alot of them that are listed @ 20k but are just completely ragged. 1991 had a few recalls. another thing to search for is the snap-ring issue those transmissions had
