Default Help: 92 civic hatchback doesn't start

I've had a 92 civic DX hatchback for 2 years now but I learned that the previous owner had the same problem. After a long rain or early in the morning after a very humid night, the car wont start. She turns fine but doesn't ignite. I've replaced the sparkplug wires and the distributor cap and that still hasn't solved it. What should I do next? Moisture seems to be what effects it. Just two days ago I washed the car in the sun in 80 degrees temperature and that also caused it not to start. The problem has never lasted more than a few hours except one week that it rained a whole lot. It doesn't have the problem if it's kept in a garage but I don't have a garage to use all the time everywhere. I haven't found anyone that could give me a solution other than replacing the sparkplug wires and that didn't work. I hope someone can help me here. Thanks

Have you checked your intake, and made sure its not sucking in any moisture???

You really can't help your motor from sucking up small amounts of moisture. It's going to happen.

Are you still running the stock intake?
