You can get del sol seats that sit lower, other than that I don't think there is an easy way to lower the stock seats.

Will the del sol seats fit on the current rail without problems or do you have to modify it somehow or simply replace it with the del sol rail?

after sitting in lower seats for a while you'll probably get sick of it and feel like its too low. you should just get si seats it has the adjustment so u can go up and down.

I agree. I'm kinda tired of sitting so low, but when I'm in the mood, I love it again. Also, the reason del Slo seats are low is not just the seat, but the rails as well. You can try to use del Slo rails with your stock seats, but will need to be modified to fit. I agree with Eddiek to just get SI seats. I didn't know they went up and down. They do look ugly though. Not ugly, but just not anything special.
