Default motorswap ???'s

Okay, here's my dilemma. I blew my motor last night and am going to need a new one. I'm very mad and depressed but i guess its finally time to do a swap. The problem is i have a 99 ex auto. I wanna change to stick now but think its too much work to do it. So i was thinkin auto b20 or b18b (thats ls rite) not sure. but anyhow thats what i'm thinking about doing. Then eventually turbo. don really have money to spare, so on a budget. Should i spend the extra money to change to stick. The main problem is that my pops is a mechanic and he's prolly not going to let me change it to stick cus of all the work.
suggestions please.
last one just get another stock motor and leave it alone.

If you don't change to a stick, you might as well get another D series.

just replace the SOHC vtec motor, drop in a manual, then put a drag gen 3 turbo kit on there. you'll be just as quick as a b16a

Damn man sorry to hear about ur luck. Try locating different engine distributors and tell them ur situation. Every once in a while these guys get a automatic b16a or better yet h22a. my buddy has an accord auto and hes called around and alot of shops get h22a autos. try to find someone with that and ull be in good shape good luck
