im not sure, but some of my folks have them wired for there alarms and they've had them for like a 2 years. it only cost around 40bux to but on but i figure its really something someone themselves can do.

I had air horns installed with my alarm in my 91 accord (back in the day) the problem I had was that by the time the damn compressor moved air through the horns it was too late as the chirp pulse was too short for it to give it enough time to sound properly. Instead it sounded very lame so I switched back to regular horns.

The way I ran them was I used a relay, the power was coming directly from the battery (adequately fused of course) since I had one that had 5 horns I ran a pretty think wire too (dont remember the gauge) anyways I used the horn honk output pulse to trigger the relay.
