How easy is it to install a header, and what kind should I get for my 5th gen? What kind of hp gains will I get?

^the greddy has larger primaries, full SS including the flanges unlike DC, and is higher quality than DC.

yes, get the greddy. it is very good quality and holds up very well. it is very easy to install, and helps to have two sets of hands (another person to help if you didn't understand that). you use the stock gasket that goes between the header and the block, and it bolts up nicely to the piping right before the O2 sensor so you dont have to worry about rewiring or relocating the O2 sensor. it stays right where it is now. as far as HP gains, dont expect a great deal b/c the EX already has a decent header. you will feel some gains though.

a nickel chrome finish says it all. a finish made to look like SS, thrown on mild steel which when that flakes off will rust like hell. at least CC mild steel won't flake off.

I'd say get the GReddy, too! Plus, I love the shinny purplish look!
