Default Do aftermarket hi flow cats really werk?

can u really tell a difference??....some say they're just testpipes...some say u need the backpressure of the stock.....some say if yer car is obdII like mine, that the CEL will always be on?? whats the truth?

If it's OBD2 and the aftermarket cat doesn't have a spot for the O2 sensor, yes it will throw a code. Most say they work, but the more power you have, the more power they contribute. Test pipes are STRAIGHT cats...the hiflows are just...higher, flow...
