Default Using OBD to scan miles

I bougt a 98 GSR about a month ago and I noticed it only 45K on it. Can the dealer use the computer some how and give me a confirmation on the milage?

I'd run a Carfax report first. Check your odometer against the report and if things don't match up, you know somebody's been rollin' that baby back.

45k on a 98 though isn't unreasonable, it's probably a weekend driver or elderly person who doesn't work or lives close to where they work.

It's reported to them whenever the car is registered.. I think.

I haven't looked at one in a while I believe they show title changes and inspections.
