Weird slight 2-3 second buzz after the car starts
okay So I've been living with this for years now, after the care starts cold the humming/buzzing starts and then stops. The car runs normal and everything is in working order, least I hope. I'd like to know what this weird noise is. It is coming from the front of the car. Please help a brother out. I have an '02 TL type-S TIA

Probably your idle control valve.

Found out it wasn't the Idle control valve but rather the ABS loading itself up for a startup test....supposedly all hondas/acuras with ABS in those years do the buzzing, its annoying to me, but i know that its there, I might try to retrofit a newer unit on my TL from a later model car to see if it will stop.
