OK to just hose off in this situation?
Basically a week and a half ago I washed, then used a clay bar, then applied a layer of polish, then a layer of carnuaba wax. Usually it rains every week here so I wash the car very often. It has been very dry though and hasn't rained since I did all of the aforementioned to the vehicle. The car is pretty dusty because of all the pollen in the air and dust in the parking ramp where I park. Should I go for a full wash or would it be OK to just hose the car off and wipe it down with microfiber towels?

just do a quick wash. hosing the car off wont get all of the dust, etc off and it will most likely scratch your paint when you wipe the car down with the towels.

You could hose down but when drying you should pat the car down with microfibre instead of gliding it along the paint surface. To be safe as the guys above said do a quick rinse, wash, rinse then pat dry the car.
btw you said polish then wax? you removed the polish then waxed?
