hey guys, I my windshield pissers stopped working after after i put a little bit of water in my tank so I could make it home from vermont. i used the water and it was shooting onto the windshield fine. I stopped at a gas station as soon as I got the chance and put some washer fluid in the resivior but not nothing comes out when I activate the pissers. did I break the pump with the water or something????

let me know if its broken. i took my shiit out, so if you need a pump i think i still have it in my shiit hole garage. they were always so useless to ME.

Clean them first with something like a toothbrush.
If that doesn't work, it could be a couple of things... the nozzles or the pump.

probabaly frozen... water opposed to wiper fluid (that is made not to freeze) can do that

Try maybe running Hot water throught the system. crucial why did u take it out? Are u running with no nozzle? Someone who live up be me took off his wipers and waxed his windshield

Yeah, you are not supposed to use water at all. Considering that you live in PA, I'd assume they are frozen. Try the hot water thing, does it make a sound when you try?

yeah it makes a sound when I hit the button, like the pump is working or something. their is only one pump right?

when is first happend, the drivers side pisser was the first to go, then the passenger side one stopped working like 10 minutes later, but when I looked under the hood at the hoses, they just run a y connector and run both nozzles of a single pump. so why would one stop working before the other if the pump was broken

get a needle and poke that muthafuckin hole on the nozzel

my '90 accord used to need to have this done. shit gets cloged after a while.
